Welcome to At the Core
Welcome to At the Core
Thank you for being here.
This space was born from years of working with the nervous system, with trauma, with the body—and with people seeking to live and know more deeply. It’s a place for reflection, insight, and honest questioning.
Here, I write about the intersection of body and mind, movement and memory, spirituality and science. I write from the gym floor, from the therapy room, from the classroom, and from lived experience.
You’ll find essays on trauma—not as something to be "healed" but as something to be integrated. Posts on the psoas, on CrossFit, on breath, on silence. Reflections on grief, desire, shame, and the strange wisdom stored in the body.
Some posts will be grounded in research. Others will be personal, poetic, or provocative. All will aim to return to what matters—to what lives at the core.
If you're someone who feels deeply, asks hard questions, and wants to inhabit your life more fully, you're in the right place.
New posts every Tuesday. Sometimes more.
